New technology is being developed at a rapid
pace and seems to be coming at us from all
directions. Maybe you’ve wondered if it’s
feasible for your home to become a “smart

We’re not talking about a Bill Gates’ smart
home, where guests get a pin to wear, and the
temperature of the air and the humidity level
changes when you travel from room to room, and the music you select follows you from room

A smart thermostat isn’t on the same level as Bill Gates’ underwater music system in his pool,
but it gives you the option of adjusting your thermostat so your home will be warmer or cooler
when you get home from work, while not running the whole time you are gone.
