If your HVAC system has stopped working and you’re unsure about the best route to take in getting it fixed, we can help. If you’ve already talked with an HVAC contractor about the issue, Bunns & Bennett will happily come to your home or business and provide a FREE second opinion on the issue.
If a licensed HVAC company has provided you with a written estimate within the past 30 days on a specific part, we will provide you a second opinion on that specific part for no charge. A written diagnosis from the previous company may be requested before performing the inspection of the failed part. Should our technician clear the part as functional, a complete diagnostic inspection of the unit can be performed at the time of service for $69.00 in order to diagnose any other issues with your system.
If our opinion agrees with the original opinion, we will offer you the option of having us replace the part and we won’t charge a diagnostic fee. If you choose not to replace the part, there will be no charge for our second opinion.
We live by the policy of doing our work right the first time. Our entire staff of technicians is NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certified.
Our service technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and they’re trained to service and repair all makes and models of HVAC equipment.
You can have confidence when you call us to perform service on your home’s HVAC system. We offer a 2-year warranty on all repairs we perform.
If something we repair goes wrong within two full years of a repair we’ve made, you pay nothing more.
*Our two-year warranty excludes systems that are ten years old or older. Standard manufacturer’s warranty still applies.
All American Standard Comfort Systems come with a limited warranty from American Standard. When purchasing a new system, a Bunns & Bennett representative will go over warranty options with you.
