Bunn’s and Bennett’s annual maintenance program consists of two visits per year, each by one of our highly trained, factory certified technicians, and each performed during the applicable time of year.
During the first visit, here’s what we do:

- Check electrical connections and tighten if needed
- Check electrical controls
- Check evaporator coil (extra, if cleaning needed)
- Check drain pan and clean out (if accessible)
- Put algaecide pellet in drain pan
- Clean out condensate drain lines
- Check air filters
- Check condenser coil (extra, if cleaning needed)
- Check freon levels (extra, if freon needed)
- Check fan motors and lubricate, if needed
- Check blower assembly for debris and clean, if needed
- Check thermostat and cycle system
- Check running amperage
- Check fan belts, if applicable
- Check for proper air flow
During our second visit, here’s what we’ll do:
