When you call Bunns and Bennett you have done the right thing. All of the people are so nice and willing to help. I had been in the hospital and had just returned home when our AC unit went out but it was 23 years old so we got our money’s worth! Anyway Mr. Bennett made sure we had fans and anything else we needed till the next day so they could put our new unit in. When they put in the first unit it worked for about a day! But Mr. Bennett said don’t worry none we will get you fixed TODAY! They did! They. Put in a new unit !His son works there and he is so nice and polite and knew what he was talking about! They are a fine bunch of folks. So go ahead and talk to Bunns and Bennett let them do the work and worry. And they don’t forget there customers they come out as soon as they can again they are all so nice and the lady that works in the office,well she is just awesome! Thank you so much !!

The one time i needed a service call, they responded that day and made the repair in one trip. Because of the yearly maintenance contract, I only paid for the part. Scott Cantrell is the best very pleasant and professional up front and honest. The installation crew was great also the arrived on time. They removed my old unit in no time and installed the new one. We had two HVAC units installed with Bunns and Bennett led by Jeff and Tyler. To say they were exceptional would be an understatement. Jeff walked me through the pros and cons of replacing our units and also offered alternative repairs that could be made. Ultimately, we decided to have both of our units replaced. We had looked into Bunn and Bennett after getting a quote from another local Huntsville company. We decided to go with Bunn and Bennett because they offered the best value combined with exceptional customer service. Both Scott and the whole install team were fantastic during the 3 day removal of our old ductwork/unit and the install of our all new system. The install crew kept me informed of the whole process and cleaned up every single day before they left! They had me double check their work and showed me how everything works before they were completely finished. HVAC work is never cheap but you get what you pay for and we are so glad that we chose Bunn and Bennett to be our HVAC company! If you need any type of work done, give them a call.
